Description
WSO is excited to present our partnership with the Minnesota Marine Art Museum to bring you “Water Music”, evenings that marry two art forms and celebrate their shared inspiration.
As we move into a warmer season, the Winona Symphony Orchestra and the Minnesota Marine Art Museum present a program featuring ‘Spring’ and ‘Summer’ from Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. This beloved piece of music will bring to life the artwork on display at the MMAM, carrying images of the beauty and vitality of the seasons alongside the music. The concert will feature many players from the Winona Symphony, including WSO concertmaster Hillary Kingsley, violin, and conductor Erik Rohde, that will hopefully be accompanied by the start of Winona’s spring and summer seasons!
